1. zakat maal (wealth), which is part of one's wealth that
must be given to the people who deserve it (mustahiqqin) after reaching a
certain minimum amount and have been held for a certain period as well.
2. Zakat fitrah (Zakat Agency), the charity which is
required at the end of the fasting of Ramadan for all Muslims, both young
children and adults, and both free and slave (slave).
Since the second year of Hegira (year mandatory fasting
Ramadan) Zakat fitrah start required. Tithes meant to purify those who fast
from the deeds that are not useful anymore dirty (speech and behavior of the
inner and outer), feed the people - the poor to meet their needs on Eid can be
fulfilled. Companion Abdullah ibn Umar said that Rasulullah SAW require tithes
in Ramadan number one sha '(2,304Kg) of dates or one sha' wheat for slave and
free person, whether child or adult.
Especially for the tithe should be given to the poor before
the Eid prayer (Salah Id) .Rasulullah ordered that tithes were issued before
the man came out to the place of prayer. Another hadith states: "...
usually the friends pay it (tithe) was one or two days before Eid" (HR.
Bukhari of Abdulloh bin Umar bin Khattab). Imam Al-Shafi'i found tithes should
be paid since the beginning of Ramadan bullae. And what about the tithes given
after the Eid prayer? according to the words of the Prophet: from Ibn Abbas, he
said: "Prophet Muhammad that require tithes as a cleaner for people who
fasted from acts that waste - waste and dirty words, and as food for poor
people. because it was he who took it after the prayer then he was one of the
alms of charity - charity usual ". (HR. Abu Dawud and Ibn Majjah). from
here it becomes clear that the tithes given after the Eid prayer not tithe but
are ordinary charity,
